Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?

Sasha revealed that she is transgender. Sasha faced some difficult times however, she knew that her family would support him and that music could help. Jim and Sasha, both songwriters, have recently become an official couple and are performing at open mics and various other venues in the area. Even though The Voice coaches did not talk about Sasha's background, the duo and Jim shared their life journey in a video introduction prior to their performance. They discussed their music choices and how Sasha first picked up a guitar when he was just six years old. His father was a teacher was a huge help for Sasha to become proficient in the art. Sasha was a woman-born child, had a difficult time figuring out his identity. In an Instagram post she spoke about the struggles he's had. Jim felt emotional as he outlined the reasons he was not able to help through these challenging times. Sasha Allen (The Voice contestant) was a little girl at the time she was born. Sasha Allen will be 19 year old by 2021. Sasha Allen began his transition to masculinity when he was at the beginning of his time in high school. Sasha posted in his Instagram, "I am the third transgender person ever to be featured on the show, and I'm thrilled to represent transgender people in such an extensive way."
